Perspectives menu

Show / Hide Perspectives — Summon or dismiss the Perspectives window, where you can manage your custom perspectives.
Save Window as New Perspective — Store the frontmost window's view settings as a perspective. The Perspectives window appears so that you can give the perspective a name and change its settings.
Take Snapshot of — Overwrite the perspective that the foremont window came from, using the current settings of the window.
Revert to Default View — If you're not currently in a perspective, choose this to return the frontmost window to its original view settings (showing the remaining actions of active projects).
Clear Perspective — If you are in a perspective, choose this to get out of it and return to the default window state.
Remaining Items — A built-in perspective that shows only the actions that remain to be done in active projects.
Due Items — A built-in perspective that shows actions in order of when they are due.
Completed Items — A built-in perspective that shows actions you've already completed.
All Items — A built-in perspective that shows every single project, action, and context in your database. If you have been using OmniFocus for very long, this may take a while.
At the end of the Perspectives menu is a list of all of your custom perspectives; choose one to switch the front window to it.
